CLR-27 field meet builds camaraderie, breeds competition

Marines and sailors with Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, participated in a field meet aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 23, 2010.

Marines and sailors from across the company competed in events such as sumo wrestling, relay races, boxing matches and tug-of-war to compete for first place amongst the six different companies. Along with breeding competition, the events built camaraderie between fellow Marines and sailors. They also enjoyed food and refreshments during the event, which ended with a ceremony to congratulate the winning company, Communications Company.
