CAMP TAQADDUM, Iraq -- Private First Class Kyle Lefever, a Buffalo, N.Y., native and combat engineer with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2d Force Service Support Group (Forward), carries two-by-sixes from where they were dropped off to stack them closer to the job site. Lefever is the newest member of the seven-man team of combat engineers who are building Southwest Asia huts and constructing offices for service members.
