CAMP TAQADDUM, Iraq (April 4, 2005) - Chris Linto, a 32-year-old Montgomery, Ala., native has been a fire fighter for 11 years. Linto, along with 27 other fire fighters employed by Wackenhut Services, Incorporated, make up the Camp Taqaddum Fire Department. Prior to coming here, the fire fighters go through a week of training in Houston covering administrative classes and brief of what to expect in country. The fire fighters are on call 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.  They are split between two stations: one at the Kellogg, Brown and Root compound and the other on main side here. "Service members do a lot for us and this is a service we can provide to them here," said Linto.
