AL TAQADDUM, Iraq (Aug. 20, 2007) ? Navy Lt. Carl Doud pins a Fleet Marine Force Warfare Specialist device onto Cmdr. Erin Moore in a ceremony outside of Al Taqaddum Surgical Detachment here Aug. 20. Thirty officers with TQ Surgical Detachment, 2nd Maintenance Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward) received the honor after completing the Fleet Marine Force Qualified Officer program. Doud is the Preventive Medicine Unit officer-in-charge and a Belton, Mo., native. Moore is a vascular surgeon and Dallas native with the detachment.
