AL TAQADDUM, Iraq (Sept. 22, 2007) ? Petty Officer 3rd Class Juan A. Hinojosa calibrates a ventilator at the biomedical equipment technician?s tent, Sept. 22. Some of the medical equipment, such as the ventilator, needs to be calibrated every six months to ensure they operate properly. The service members at Medical Logistics Detachment, Supply Company, 2nd Supply Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward), provide mission critical medical equipment to 55 units operating within Al Anbar Province. Hinojosa is a biomedical equipment technician and Danbury, Texas, native with the detachment.
