Col. Craig C. Creshaw relinquished command of Combat Logistics Regiment 25, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, to Col. Christopher B. Edwards in a ceremony held aboard Camp Lejeune June 4.

During the ceremony, Crenshaw was presented with a Legion of Merit by Brig. Gen. Juan G. Ayala, 2nd MLG commanding general, for his outstanding service during his tenure.   Crenshaw’s leadership lead to the regiment’s re-establishment to a general support mission, which helped to better funnel the maintenance and supply capabilities provided to the Regimental Combat Teams in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Crenshaw is headed to Okinawa, Japan, to be the commanding general at the 3rd MLG.
