Zac Harris is a strength & conditioning coach and human performance advisor with more than a decade of experience building resilient athletes and teams across collegiate, professional, and special operations settings. He is originally from Utah, where he earned a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Utah, where he also played lacrosse. He continued graduate education at Grand Canyon University as well as the University of South Carolina. He currently supports the 2d Marine Logistics Group as a Booz Allen Hamilton health scientist and S&C coach, helping stand up program-wide systems for 8,000+ Marines while advising on physical preparation, logistics, and data use. Previously, he served MARSOC as a Tactical Performance Specialist, delivering individualized training to cadre and Raiders worldwide, directing post-selection education, and contributing to Intensive Integrative Reconditioning. In the NCAA, he led USC Upstate’s Strength & Conditioning department (covering 17 sports, adjunct teaching, and COVID-era protocols), contributed to performance gains in men’s basketball, and earlier held posts at Grand Canyon University and Santa Clara University supporting teams that reached conference titles, NCAA berths, and deep tournament runs. Harris began at the University of Utah and Real Salt Lake. He maintains CSCS and SCCC credentials, among others.
