Iraqi Air Force personnel depart after conducting a site survey of the compound at aboard Camp Al Taqaddum, Iraq, Nov. 5 2009. A detachment of 17 personnel from 4th Squadron, Iraqi Air Force, were directed by the Iraqi Ministry of Defense to come to the base, along with their five U.S. Air Force advisors, in order to provide a rotary wing transportation capability to the Anbar Operations Command. Camia (front left), the company commander, as a requirement to receive their Fleet Marine Force Qualified Officer pins, Oct. 31, 2009. The hike is just one crucial step the sailors have to complete in order to receive their pin; an honor available to only those sailors who serve side-by-side with Marines.
