William Stables, 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward) sergeant major, utilizes members of 2nd MLG (FWD)'s Embedded Partner Team to highlight their differences and similarities during a discussion on values with members of the Afghan National Army's 215th Corps Logistics Battalion at Camp Shorabak, Afghanistan, Oct. 3. During a non-commissioned officer leadership seminar, he noted the importance of knowing their troops and that regardless of their differences it is the NCOs' job to bring everyone together.
