FALLUJAH, Iraq -  Lance Cpls. Genevieve R. Kokourek and Joyce N. Funderburk wait for Iraqi females to approach their post in order to be searched before they enter the city limits Nov. 15. The Marines check purses and pat down Iraqi females in order to limit potentially dangerous items being transported into Fallujah. Kokourek is a Collins, Wis., native and combat engineer attached to Combat Logistics Brigade-8. Funderburk is a Jamestown, N.C., native and supply warehouseman also attached to CLB-8 both forward deployed with 2nd Marine Logistics Group in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
