CAMP TAQADDUM, Iraq (Nov. 10, 2005) ? Lieutenant Col. David M. Smith cuts the cake at the Headquarters and Service Battalion Marine Corps birthday ceremony here Nov. 10. The Marines birthday celebration is something respected in every clime in place the Marine Corps goes today was no exception as the Marines of Headquarters and Service Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward) gathered here to celebrated the 230th birthday of the United States Marine Corps. Smith is the commander of Headquarters and Service Battalion, 2nd MLG(Fwd).
