MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. (March 28, 2006) ? Corporal Charles T. Hinson stands with his awards here March 28. Hinson was awarded Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year for 2nd Marine Logistics Group and 2nd Maintenance Battalion along with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his outstanding service and leadership during two combat deployments to Iraq.
