MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. (March 22, 2005) - Retired Gunnery Sgt. John F. Coulter receives a plaque from Brig. Gen. Ronald S. Coleman, the 2nd Force Service Support Group commanding general, here in the 2nd FSSG headquarters building March 22. The plaque, from the Marine Corps Engineer Association, names Coulter, a Jacksonville, N.C., native, as the Outstanding Engineer Equipment Staff Noncommissioned Officer in the Marine Corps for 2004.
