The Ambassador of the Federated States of Micronesia, Yosiwo P. George, his son Palikkun Y. George and Dominic R. Maluchmai, the First Secretary (Diplomatic Agent) for the Embassy of Micronesia, at the retirement ceremony for Master Gunnery Sgt. Rudy A. Kephas, the operations chief for the 2nd Marine Logistics Group, who hails from Micronesia. Ambassador George attended the ceremony, here March 6, in recognition of Micronesian citizens' contributions to the U.S. Armed Forces
