Senior leaders with the Afghan National Army's 5th Kandak, 1st Brigade, 215th Corps greet 1st Sgt. William J. Banks prior to the Marine-sponsored Leadership Shura aboard Camp Shorabak, Afghanistan, Feb. 26. Banks, the senior enlisted mentor for Combat Logistics Battalion 3's Embedded Partnering Team, organized the Shura in order to enhance 5/1/215's leadership capabilities.
