Crutcher, the sergeant major of Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, speaks during a Corporals Course mess night aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Feb. 6, 2013. The sergeant major of the regiment talked about key points about critical thinking, improved leadership and ability to make sound decisions before returning to their respective units.
