Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, the 18th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, responds to a question about leadership during a town hall event aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C. Feb. 6, 2015. Dempsey discussed professional relationships between leaders and their subordinates in response to the question. Throughout the town hall event Dempsey was asked many questions ranging from jobs after the Marine Corps and the downsizing of the Corps to budget and leadership outlooks.
