1st Sgt. Alexander K. Lamberth, company first sergeant Headquarters and Service Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 3, 1st Marine Logistics Group (Forward), leads Afghan National Army soldiers during a physical training sessions as part of a Leadership Shura aboard Camp Shorabak, Afghanistan, Feb. 26. The Leadership Shura, organized by Marines with CLB-3's Embedded Partnering Team, was carried out in order to enhance the ANA's leadership and operational capabilities.
