A portable 3000-watt generator and distribution system stands near a Forward Resuscitative Surgical System set up by Medical Supply Company, 2nd Marine Logistics Group aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., to test the power requirements of its medical equipment Aug. 15, 2012. The FRSS is a mobile medical treatment facility capable of quickly stabilizing casualties close to the fight. Improvements to its existing equipment have increased its demand for energy.
