Maj. LeRon E. Lane, a Cherry Point, N.C., native and the Assistant Chief of Staff G-6, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, presents letters from the 2nd MLG to Steven C. James, a Nashville, N.C., native, during the Christian Home School Association graduation in Rocky Mount, N.C., June 1, 2013. In 2012, James visited Camp Lejeune and was hosted by Marines and sailors with the 2nd MLG to sit in tanks, hold weapons, sit in the base commanding general’s chair and perform a Marine Corps Combat Fitness Test.
