Maj. Brian Turner, a financial management officer with Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, presents Jacquelyn W. Southerland, a financial technician supervisor with 2nd MLG’s disbursing office, with a citation for her 33 years of service in a retirement ceremony aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Aug. 30, 2012. Southerland officially retired after dedicating more than half of her life to serving the financial needs of servicemembers.
