LT Cronin obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, MA in 2016 and started her career at Duke University and WakeMed Hospitals in Durham and Raleigh, NC. In 2019, LT Cronin decided to take her passion for caring for others to the military and commissioned as an Active-Duty Critical Care Nurse in the US Navy.

During her time in the Navy, she has developed a deep appreciation for Total Force Fitness and Human Performance Optimization, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. As the Human Performance Program Director, she is excited to help Marines and Sailors become more optimized holistically and provide them with knowledge and skills that they can take with them to feel and perform at their best.
