CAMP TAQADDUM, Iraq (Feb. 25, 2005) - Rear Admiral Louis V. Iasiello (third from left), chief of Navy chaplains, tours the Surgical Shock Trauma Platoon area here during his visit to the Marines and sailors of the 1st and 2d Force Service Support Groups Feb. 25. The Staten Island, N.Y., native was escorted through the area by Navy Capt. Bruce L. Gillingham, the officer-in-charge of the SSTP. Gillingham, a Coronado, Calif., native, said, "Chaplains provide significant spiritual support to the patients and the staff [of the SSTP], and are an integral part of the unit."
