Barrett, a motor transportation operator with Combat Logistics Battalion 6, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, and native of Byron, N.Y., operates a Logistics Vehicle System Replacement during a convoy aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Feb. 28, 2013. Barrett joined 30 other Marines with the battalion for the convoy, which introduced the servicemembers to the basics of conducting landing zone security and helicopter support missions.
