Camp Lejeune, North Carolina - Navy Capt. Cameron L. Waggoner, the commanding officer of 2nd Medical Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, assumes his role as reviewing officer during a change of command ceremony aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., June 18, 2013.
