CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Brig. Gen. Edward D. Banta, the commanding general of 2nd Marine Logistics Group, addresses the crowd during a change of command ceremony for 2nd Medical Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 25, 2nd MLG aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Sept. 30, 2013. During his speech, Banta thanked Navy Capt. Cameron Waggoner, the outgoing commanding officer of 2nd Medical Bn., for the work he did during his two years in command, and welcomed Navy Capt.
