Service members with Bridge Co. assembled IRBs so that M1A1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tanks and M88 Hercules recovery vehicles from 2nd Tank Battalion, 2nd Marine Division could cross the New River in order to conduct their semi-annual qualification at Range SR-10, the only range sanctioned for the M1A1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank’s 120 mm cannon.
