Way, 19, a Gouverneur, N.Y., native and an ammunition technician with battalion at Marston Pavilion during a memorial ceremony aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Jan. 31, 2014. Buscarnera and Way were both found dead Jan. 7 as a result of a single vehicle incident that occurred along Catfish Lake Rd., Havelock, N.C.
