PHILADELPHIA - Maj. Shawn D. Tyson, a Roseburg, Ore. native, and the commander of troops for the 2nd Marine Logistics Group Somerset ceremony detachment, stands aboard the USS Somerset during a commissioning ceremony in Penn’s Landing, Philadelphia, March 1, 2014. The San Antonio-class amphibious troop transport is the third and final transport built with metal salvaged after the 9/11 terrorist attacks and was named in honor of the passengers of United Airlines Flight 93, which crashed in Somerset County, Pa.
