Marines conducted annual machine-gun training to maintain proficiency and build confidence with the weapons systems in order to support II Marine Expeditionary Force’s mission during the field exercise. Marines and sailors with the battalion conducted a field exercise Sept. 18-Oct. 1, 2014, to reinforce their ability to accomplish battalion-level, mission essential tasks.
