Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina - Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, the 18th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, leads a discussion during a luncheon with II Marine Expeditionary Force Marines and spouses as part of his visit to Camp Lejeune, N.C., Feb 6, 2015. Marines and spouses had the opportunity to discuss a variety of topics and ask the Chairman questions. The discussion ranged from the current downsizing of the Marine Corps to the topic of international affairs.
