CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Explosive ordnance disposal technicians attach blasting caps to a 60mm mortar round during a low-order demolition range at Camp Lejeune, N.C., Nov. 30, 2017. The technique is implemented when explosive ordnance is deemed too dangerous to move and is commonly used within towns, schools or residential areas to prevent collateral damage.
