To provide field-level maintenance support for Marine Corps-furnished tactical ordnance, engineer, motor transport, communications electronics, and general support equipment of the Marine Expeditionary Force.
A native of North Bergen, New Jersey, Lieutenant Colonel Joussef "Joey" Abchi Donado enlisted in the Marine Corps in July 2003. He attended Recruit Training aboard MCRD Parris Island, Marine Combat Training aboard Camp Geiger and was assigned to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadrons 26, 29, and 36 as a Precision Measurement and Electronics Technician (MOS 6492). During this time, he was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Corporal, graduated from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in August 2006, received his commission in August 2007, and designated a Supply Officer (MOS 3002) in September 2008.

Sergeant Major Miller is a native of New Jersey and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania. He attended Reading High School, where he graduated in June 2001. He enlisted in the Marine Corps and attended MCRD Parris Island in January 2003 with the MOS of 0311. Following graduation from recruit training he attended School of Infantry, Infantry Training Battalion at Camp Geiger, North Carolina.
