Lieutenant Colonel Colter Bahlau (Bay-low) is from Jackson, Michigan, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries and Wildlife from Michigan State University. His career began June 2005, when he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps. Completing The Basic School and Combat Engineer Officer's Course he reported to 2d Combat Engineer Battalion, 2d Marine Division.

Major Jennifer Delaney was born on 30 December 1988 in Chicago, Illinois. In June 2015, she reported to Officer Candidate School (OCS). She graduated from OCS and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant on 7 August 2015. Immediately following OCS, she reported to The Basic School (TBS), class 7-15. She graduated from TBS in March 2016. In May 2016, she reported to the Military Police Officer Basic Course (MPOBC) in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
Sergeant Major Sensing enlisted in the Marine Corps in August 2004, completed recruit training in November 2004 and was promoted to Lance Corporal, meritoriously, as the Company Honor Graduate. She attended Marine Combat Training in Camp Geiger, NC in December 2004.
