Combat Logistics Regiment 27

Mission

Serve as a Logistics Combat Element (LCE) Headquarters, provide the initial command and control functions for the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) in the arrival and assembly area and provide the LCE for Marine Expeditionary Units (MEU) in order to provide tactical logistics and engineering support to the MAGTF.

Commanding Officer, Combat Logistics Regiment 27

Colonel Patrick Williams is originally from Kent, WA. He was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps in May 2001. From June 2001 through March 2002, he attended The Basic School and the Logistics Operations School (LOS). Upon graduation from LOS, he was designated a logistics officer.

Sergeant Major Brent R. Sheets
Command Senior Enlisted Leader, Combat Logistics Regiment 27

Sergeant Major Brent R. Sheets is a native of North Carolina. He enlisted in February 2002 and underwent recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island South Carolina, followed by Marine Combat Training at Camp Geiger, NC. Upon Completion of initial training, he attended Motor Transport Operator course, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
