Physical Fitness

 

Purpose 

The focus of the physical pillar is to optimize physical fitness, mitigate injury, and increase longevity. In addition to regular PT and exercise, this area includes proper nutrition, sleep, injury reduction efforts, and recovery habits to maximize performance. Resources supporting this pillar include but are not limited to a Strength and Conditioning Coach, a Sports Nutritionist, Athletic Trainers, Force Fitness Instructors, Martial Arts Instructors and Trainers, and Command Fitness Leads.
