First Sergeant Peifer is a native of Lake Placid, Florida. He graduated from Lake Placid High School in 2005. He
enlisted in the Marine Corps in September of 2009. He graduated from Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris
Island, South Carolina in May of 2009 from 1st Battalion Alpha Company. After graduating Marine Combat
Training on Camp Geiger, First Sergeant Peifer attended Supply Chain Management Basic Course where he was
the Honor Graduate. Upon earning the MOS of 3043, he received orders to Marine Corps Logistics Base
(MCLB) Albany, Georgia.
Reporting to MCLB-Albany in September of 2009, First Sergeant Peifer assumed duties within the base property
section serving as DPAS clerk/Property Clerk. While serving aboard MCLB-Albany during this time he served
on the Colors/Funeral detail as well as the Single Marine Program President.
In December of 2012, First Sergeant Peifer reported to the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) where he
served in the billet of the Supply Administration Chief. While serving with the 22nd MEU he supported the
Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force in Spain. In February 2014 First Sergeant Peifer deployed with
the 22nd MEU. Upon returning from the deployment First Sergeant Peifer took over as the Supply Chief until
receiving orders to Ground Supply School.
In November 2015, First Sergeant Peifer reported to Ground Supply School to be a Supply Chain Management
Basic Course Instructor. In July of 2017 First Sergeant Peifer received orders to Basic Recruiter Course in San
Diego, California.
Upon graduation from Basic Recruiter Course Staff Sergeant Peifer reported to Recruiting Station Tampa where
he was assigned to Recruiting Sub Station Sarasota as a Canvassing Recruiter. In June of 2019, First Sergeant
Peifer took over as the Station Commander for Recruiting Sub-Station Winter Haven, Florida.
In March of 2021, First Sergeant Peifer reported to Training Command as the Supply Chief/G4 Chief. While
serving as the Supply Chief and the G4 Chief of Training Command First Sergeant Peifer conducted Training
and Education Command Inspector General and Training Command Supply Maintenance Assist Visits
Inspections. In September of 2022, First Sergeant Peifer, reported to Training and Education Command G4
Chief. While at Training and Education Command First Sergeant Peifer served as a member of the Human
Research Protection Program. Additionally, served as the Protocol for the Commanding General, Training and
Education Command. In June of 2024, First Sergeant Peifer was promoted to his current rank of First Sergeant.
In July of 2024, First Sergeant Peifer reported to Inspector-Instructor First Sergeant Alpha Company, 4th
Combat Engineer Battalion in Charleston, West Virginia.
In May of 2026 First Sergeant reported to Combat Logistics Company 21, 2D Combat Readiness Regiment.
First Sergeant Peifer's personal awards includes the Meritorious Service Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps
Commendation Medal in lieu of Second Award and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal in lieu of
fifth award.
