Lieutenant Colonel Harold "Dean" Weeks Jr is a native of Virginia. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in October 1999 and served in various Motor Transportation billets until he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in May 2009. From Oct 2009 through July 2010, he attended The Basic School and Logistics Operations School (LOS). Upon graduation from LOS, he was designated a logistics officer and reported 2d Battalion, 2d Marines.

Sergeant Major Harrison graduated from Myrtle Beach High School and enlisted in the Marine Corps in August 2001 and completed recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island SC. Private (PVT) Harrison graduated recruit training from Fox Company on November 17th, 2001.
