Headquarters and Service Battalion

A native of Florida, Lieutenant Colonel Dustin Scott commissioned as a Marine Corps Logistics Officer in May 2009. Following his initial training, he was assigned to 3d Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, deploying twice to Afghanistan between 2010 and 2012, first as an Afghanistan Training Advisor and later as a Battalion Motor Transportation Officer. He then served with 7th Marine Regiment as the Regt S4-A before reporting to MCRD Parris Island in 2013. While at Parris Island, he held roles as a Series Commander, Company Executive Officer, and was selected to be the Aide-de-Camp for the Commanding General, Eastern Recruiting Region, MCRD Parris Island.

Sergeant Major Jenkins is a native of Georgia and raised in South Carolina. He enlisted in the Marine Corps in May 2005 and attended recruit training at Charlie Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina. In August 2005 he then reported to the School of Infantry, Camp Geiger, North Carolina for Infantry Training Battalion. While there he earned the MOS of 0341.
