CAPT Toler holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), all from the University of Florida. 

Read Biography

Commander Skrypek is a native of West Virginia and graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and the University of South Carolina with a Master’s in Health Administration. In 2002 he enlisted in the Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, Interpretive (CTI) and attended the Defense Language Institute before reporting to Navy Information Operations Command (NAVIOCOM), Fort Gordon, Georgia where he deployed on submarines, augmented National Security Agency missions, and deployed to Iraq as a member of a Joint Special Operations Task Force.
